Salon Policies

Cancellation Policy:

 Please notify your stylist 48 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to notify your stylist may result to be charged card on file or forfeited deposit. If you are having trouble contacting your stylist please text/call Studio Sol 239-940-8658

Child Policy:

 We love all kiddos but due to limited space and safety we ask to please leave your children at home unless they are receiving a service. Any child receiving a service must be accompanied by an adult. We will reschedule your appointment if necessary.

Refund Policy:

You deserve 100% satisfaction. Unfortunately there are no refunds. If you are unhappy for ANY reason please text or call within 48 hours of your service for a redo. All redo's are based off the initial service & consult. While we share the same space, our stylists independently operate their clientele, scheduling, and pricing. Any issues with refunds/redo's must be addressed with YOUR stylist.
